Ruby’s Organics Smoked Kohl is designed to moisturize and nourish your sensitive eye area. Rest assured, this product does not contain any harsh chemicals, adhesives or alcohol. The black pigment is acquired using vegetable carbon black which is obtained from the steam activation of carbonized vegetable material.

HOW TO USE:
• Twist the pencil and apply the it with smooth precision as kohl, and eyeliner or a brow-filler.
• Use the sponge on the other end to shape, blend or smudge the kohl for deeper and thicker definition.
• This completely non-toxic formula is not guaranteed to be smudge proof.
• For best results, make sure to dab some powder underneath to avoid it from bleeding into the skin.
